1) UNA BECA NO SE GANA CON UN CLICK, no es una lotería. LA BECA SE MERECE! Se gana con paciencia, mucho esfuerzo, preparación, abnegación, sacrificio, mucho tiempo, dedicación y un poco de fortuna.
La ventaja es que te puedes postular directamente por internet sin viajar a Italia. Y si hay un examen oral ... puedes hacerlo por SKYPE.
2) Una cosa es cierta.... SI NO TE POSTULAS NUNCA GANARAS!!!
3) Entonces... TOMATE TODO EL TIEMPO DEL MUNDO PARA LEER CADA CONVOCATORIA (de hecho cada convocatoria es distinta), también las que han vencido. Saldran casi idénticas pasado un año Y PODRAS y TENDRAS QUE ALISTAR LOS DOCUMENTOS PRINCIPALES con tiempo.
4) LAS CONVOCATORIA SALEN DURANTE TODO EL AÑO y el plazo para postularse casi siempre es un mes. La convocatoria que te interesa tal vez todavia no ha salido. Tendras que seguirnos OBSESIVAMENTE

6) Que documentos piden, más o menos, que puedo ya alistar en PDF o JPEG para presentarme a la primera convocatoria interesante?
- Fotocopia carnet o pasaporte
- Hoja de vida (Curriculum) en formato europeo
- Diploma de licenciatura o de inscripcion en una universidad (depende claramente de la convocatoria y del tipo de convocatoria)
- Certificado de plan de estudio - pensum - con notas de las materias
- Proyecto de investigacion (sobretodo para los doctorados; una vez que tendras un proyecto listo podras proponerlo en cada convocatoria).
- Cartas de recomendacion (2 o 3 a veces son necesarias en las convocatorias de doctorados).
- Certificado o Diploma de idiomas? Depende de la convocatoria. Ingles o Italiano? O italiano? o Solo Ingles? .... DEPENDE DE LA CONVOCATORIA. A menudo no hay que presentar ningun certificado y el conocimiento del idioma solo se declara en el curriculum. Unas convocatorias te piden el certificado PLIDA o una declaracion de un Instituto Dante Alighieri. Para ver los Institutos Dante Alighieri en el mundo y los Centros de certidicacion PLIDA.
7) No necesito hacer revalidar, convalidar, reconocer, traducir... declaraciones de valor de los documentos??? Casi siempre las convocatorias explican que eso serà obligatorio, solo una vez ganada la beca y no antes...
8) CUANTO ME PAGAN? DEPENDE... SIEMPRE DE LA CONVOCATORIA. Desde los 42.000$ hasta los 55.000$ para los 3 AÑOS DE DOCTORADO. Si ... has comprendido bien. Te pagan un sueldo mensual por tres años y no tendras que pagar matricula si eres becario. A veces te dan tambien alojamiento y mas..
Las becas ERASMUS MUNDUS son tambien muy generosas para Lienciaturas, maestrias, doctorados, post doc, intercambios de profesores.
9) Que nacionalidades se admiten? En general todas. Con que limites de edad? En general ninguno.
10) Se paga algo para postularse? Nosotros trabajamos gratis. A veces unas convocatoria preven el pago de un impuesto con tarjeta de credito. Casi siempre los extranjeros no pagan nada.
11) EN FIN ... SI QUIERES HACER UN DOCTORADO... EN ITALIA TE PIDEN CASI SIEMPRE LICENCIATURA POR LO MENOS DE 4 AÑOS(Y LA MAESTRIA NO SIRVE ... LEAN CON ATENCION LAS CONVOCATORIAS)

6) What documents could I need to partecipate?
- Photocopy of the identity card or passport
- CV (Curriculum) in European format
- Bachelor's degree or enrollment in a university (clearly depends on the call and the type of call)
- Certificate of curriculum - curriculum - with notes of subjects
- Research project (especially for doctorates; once you will have a project ready you can propose it for each call).
- Letters of recommendation (2 or 3 are sometimes necessary in calls for doctorates).
- Certificate or Diploma of languages? It depends on the call. English or Italian? Or Italian? Or only English? .... It DEPENDS ON THE CALL. Sometimes a certificate/diploma of language is not required anf you can only declare the knowledge in the curriculum. Some calls require the PLIDA certificate or statement of Dante Alighieri Institute. For Dante Alighieri Institutes in the world and the Centers for PLIDA certification.
8) DO THEY PAY ME TO STUDY?From $42,000 up to $55,000 for 3 years of Doctorate. Yes ... you have understood well. You get paid a monthly salary for three years and you won't have to pay tuition if you're fellow. Sometimes the Italian University will give you also accommodation and more ..
